Today in History: Vasudev Balwant Phadke

4 Nov is the Birth anniversary of the pioneering revolutionary (आद्य क्रांतिवीर) of Maharashtra: Vasudev Balwant Phadke. He was born on 4th November 1845.

Vasudev Balwant Phadke lived in Pune at the Narsimha Mandir in Sadashiv Peth from 1865 to 1879 and has a blue plaque dedicated to him!
